Exchanges  Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt if items are in original condition with tags still attached. All returned items will be refunded to the original form of payment.  To initiate an exchange, please contact us at

Refunds → We stand behind the products that we sell 150%, so in the rare event that any defects or damages happen, your damaged/defective item will be accepted and refunded promptly and you will also be refunded the cost to ship the item back to us. To initiate a refund, please contact us at

Payment  Payment is due within 48 hours of receipt of invoice.  Invoices will be cancelled at the 48 hour mark and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your loyalty account.

Shipping  Shipping is $3 and if your order is more than $75, shipping is FREE! All orders ship within 48 hours of payment (***may occasionally be longer due to post office hours and holidays).

For every 300 points you earn, you will receive a $40 reward!
$1* = 1 point (*with qualifying $25 purchase)

Points will not be awarded for items that are discounted by 30% or more.  

Rewards cannot be redeemed on ‘promo’ nights – i.e. final sale nights, wheel spin nights, etc. 

$40 earned rewards will NEVER expire.  However, Grapevine Lane Cash, share winner rewards, etc WILL expire 30 days from issuance. 

For any item that is purchased with a reward, if the item(s) is exchanged: $40 rewards WILL be added back to your loyalty account.  Grapevine Lane cash, share winner rewards/etc. will be forfeited with the returned item.  

Cancelled/Edited Invoice  Any item you would like removed from your invoice will result in a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your loyalty account.  This includes invoices cancelled due to late payment.
